1. Prep the nails – Push back cuticles, shape the nails, buff the surface, and cleanse with a nail prep solution.

2. Apply primer – Use a Hema Free ultrabond to enhance adhesion. Let it air dry.

3. Apply base coat – Use a Hema Free rubber base and cure under a lamp.

4. Apply color – Apply in two thin layers for optimal color intensity.
   💡 Avoid pressing too hard with the brush — a light, even touch helps the gel apply smoothly and evenly without streaks.

5. LED/UV lamp: Cure each layer for 60 seconds
   UV lamp: Cure each layer for 120 seconds
   🔥 Feeling heat during curing? That’s completely normal! It’s caused by the gel hardening (polymerization), and can vary depending on lamp power, gel thickness, and your skin sensitivity.
   If it feels too hot, remove your hand for a few seconds and then continue the curing process.

6. Seal it – Apply a non-cleansing top coat (glossy or matte) and cure.

7. No wiping needed — just cure and you're ready to rock!

   💡 Pro tip:  finish with cuticle oil to nourish and complete the manicure.
