📦 Shipping Policy

We at Uno Gel are committed to delivering your nail cosmetic products safely, quickly, and reliably across the EU and surrounding regions and Worldwide. Please take a look at the shipping terms below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

🚚 Where We Ship

We currently offer standard checkout shipping within the European Union, Switzerland, Norway and the USA. Worldwide shipping is available upon request.

⏱️ Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be handled on the next working day.

📦 Shipping Methods & Carriers

All orders are shipped with Track & Trace via reliable couriers (such as GLS, PostNL, DHL, or equivalent).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping destination

  • Order weight and size

  • Selected delivery method (where applicable)

💸 Shipping Costs

We strive to keep shipping affordable while ensuring fast and secure delivery.

  • Shipping costs will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.

  • In some cases, free shipping promotions may apply (details will be communicated on our website).

🌍 International Shipping

We are happy to ship worldwide and are always open to new international markets.

For international destinations outside our standard shipping zones, shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated individually based on destination, parcel weight, dimensions, and available courier services.

💶 VAT & International Orders

All prices displayed on our website include Dutch VAT (21%) where applicable.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, Dutch VAT will not be charged. The final price will be recalculated, excluding the 21% VAT in accordance with Dutch tax regulations applicable to exports outside the EU.

Once we receive your request or order details, we will calculate the final export price and shipping costs and provide a payment link or proforma invoice on the same business day whenever possible.

Please note that import duties, customs fees, taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer/importer.

Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):

  • EU countries: 2–7 business days

  • Switzerland: 5–10 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or courier delays.

❗ Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged, late, or gets lost in transit:

  • Please email us at info@unogeleurope.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We’ll work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

At Uno Gel, we strive to deliver high-quality nail cosmetic products you’ll love. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in resellable condition, with seals and hygiene protections intact.

Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used — for health and hygiene reasons (Article 16 of EU Directive 2011/83/EU).

📦 How to Request a Return

  1. Please email us at info@unogeleurope.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.

  3. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
